Dodge Rampage
Welcome to my Dodge Rampage website!
Dodge Rampages were built from 1982-1984. They were built based on the Omni/Horizon car and transformed into a pickup trucklet. These are classified as mini-trucks. On my website you will learn a great deal about these little trucklets and some little known information that "rampage runners" have dug up over the years about them.
Many of the trucks here have been customized to fit their personal tastes. If you see one that you like chances are that I can get you in touch with the owner so that you may find out in detail what they have done to them to get them to what they are today. Many of the owners are serious about thier trucklet and have pain-stakingly done the work themselves or had someone VERY close do the work for them.
I'm Nicole and I'm a member of 3 clubs dealing with these trucks on Yahoo Groups including : RampageRunners, AllMiniTrucks, & DodgeCentral. I would recommend you join these clubs if you TRUELY love the Rampage.
HOW MANY ARE LEFT?
No one really knows how many are left. If I had to guess I'd say around 500-1000 are left in driving condition. Seems like they are popping up more here and there, with 7 new findings in my hometown in Georgia in the past 2 years. When I was trying to hunt one down I had very little luck, with acception to one 83 Rampage. Now there are several including 3 for sale. Maybe it's the gas prices that has people looking in this direction, maybe it's the sleekness of the truck's exterior?! No one seems to know.

CSR *California Shelby Rampage*
Based on the information I have been given, these trucks ARE NOT real! Yes they WERE sold new...BUT they were not REALLY made by DODGE. They were made by the car-lots in California because sales dropped and they did not want to be stuck with them. So...they sent the trucks out to local shops and had them modified to look like the Shelby Chargers and sent back as California Shelby Rampages AKA CSR's. However, Carole Shelby DID make ONE real CSR and called it a "nifty little parts chaser" or "street-fighter". He did talk about making the CSRs for production but never did. See more on CSR's later on the site.
